
4月23日,隨著石老人站到(dao)苗(miao)嶺路站區間右線最后7米貫(guan)通(tong),地(di)鐵(tie)2號(hao)線爆破作(zuo)業全部結束,這將有效減少地(di)鐵(tie)施工對周邊居民(min)帶來的影響。施工圍擋逐步清撤,施工場地(di)開(kai)始恢復原(yuan)址(zhi)原(yuan)貌。貫(guan)通(tong)后將大幅度(du)歸還公用資(zi)源占有面積,緩解地(di)面交通(tong)壓力,附屬(shu)工程進入大干階段。
地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)2號(hao)線(xian)(xian)一期工(gong)(gong)(gong)程線(xian)(xian)路(lu)全長(chang)25.2公(gong)里(li),共設(she)車站(zhan)(zhan)22座(zuo) ,均(jun)為(wei)地(di)(di)(di)下站(zhan)(zhan)。建設(she)范圍(wei)起自泰山路(lu)站(zhan)(zhan),止于李(li)村(cun)公(gong)園(yuan)站(zhan)(zhan),途經市北區(qu)(qu)、市南(nan)區(qu)(qu)、嶗山區(qu)(qu)、李(li)滄區(qu)(qu)四個區(qu)(qu)。目前,2號(hao)線(xian)(xian)嶗山區(qu)(qu)、李(li)滄區(qu)(qu)段(duan)(麥島站(zhan)(zhan)——李(li)村(cun)公(gong)園(yuan)站(zhan)(zhan))已實現雙線(xian)(xian)貫通。該(gai)段(duan)沿線(xian)(xian)地(di)(di)(di)層主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)黏性(xing)土(tu)、砂土(tu)、欠(qian)固結軟(ruan)土(tu)、粉質(zhi)黏土(tu)、淤泥粗砂、富水砂層組成,局部有斷(duan)裂帶、破碎帶、暗(an)渠、流沙等現象,地(di)(di)(di)質(zhi)條(tiao)件惡劣。該(gai)段(duan)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa)包括明挖法(fa)、暗(an)挖法(fa)、礦山法(fa)、TBM工(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa),是迄今為(wei)止全國地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa)最全、涵蓋(gai)技術量最多的線(xian)(xian)路(lu),為(wei)后續地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)提供了參考經驗(yan)。目前,2號(hao)線(xian)(xian)土(tu)建完成65%,6座(zuo)車站(zhan)(zhan)主(zhu)體完工(gong)(gong)(gong),此外,由(you)中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)二(er)十五(wu)局五(wu)公(gong)司施工(gong)(gong)(gong)的同(tong)安(an)路(lu)車站(zhan)(zhan)、同(tong)汽區(qu)(qu)間(同(tong)安(an)路(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)——汽車東站(zhan)(zhan))、苗同(tong)區(qu)(qu)間(苗嶺路(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)——同(tong)安(an)路(lu)站(zhan)(zhan))、車輛段(duan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程已率先完成主(zhu)體結構施工(gong)(gong)(gong)。
東部嶗山(shan)區(qu)屬臨(lin)海地(di)(di)(di)區(qu),主要以黏性土(tu)、砂(sha)土(tu)、富水砂(sha)層(ceng)、局部夾有(you)碎(sui)石,且(qie)受海洋氣(qi)候影響,雨量較多。其中(zhong)(zhong)富水砂(sha)層(ceng)極不利于TBM及礦山(shan)法掘進,稍有(you)不慎就會導致(zhi)大面(mian)積涌水甚至隧道(dao)坍塌,引發安(an)全事故(gu),為(wei)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)帶(dai)來前進阻力。施(shi)工(gong)(gong)方(fang)中(zhong)(zhong)國鐵建憑借多年積累(lei)的隧道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)經驗,采用超前小導管輔(fu)助帷幕(mu)注(zhu)漿、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)敏感位置采用地(di)(di)(di)表注(zhu)漿的方(fang)式加固(gu)(gu)地(di)(di)(di)層(ceng),及時抽排積水,現場24小時值班盯控(kong),全天(tian)進行地(di)(di)(di)表監(jian)(jian)控(kong)與拱頂沉降監(jian)(jian)控(kong),確保沉降值在允許范(fan)圍內。針對富水砂(sha)層(ceng)特殊地(di)(di)(di)質條(tiao)件合理調整施(shi)工(gong)(gong)參數,堅持“早預(yu)防、強加固(gu)(gu)、短進尺、弱影響”方(fang)針,各施(shi)工(gong)(gong)步序(xu)有(you)序(xu)進行,成(cheng)功穿越富水砂(sha)層(ceng)。
除(chu)此之外,2號線李滄區(qu)、嶗山(shan)區(qu)段沿線下穿(chuan)李村(cun)河和(he)張(zhang)村(cun)河,埋深最淺處(chu)只有4.27m,且表(biao)層為(wei)(wei)洪沖(chong)積(ji)層粉質粘土及粗礫砂(sha),下伏花崗巖,列為(wei)(wei)全(quan)線1級(ji)風險源(yuan),安(an)全(quan)隱患極大(da)。為(wei)(wei)此,青島地鐵與施(shi)工(gong)方(fang)(fang)中鐵建成(cheng)立專項攻堅小(xiao)組召開專家評審,制定專項施(shi)工(gong)方(fang)(fang)案和(he)安(an)全(quan)管控方(fang)(fang)案,采(cai)用挖孔樁結合旋噴樁止水(shui)工(gong)藝(yi),形成(cheng)全(quan)封閉式防(fang)水(shui)擋墻。經(jing)實踐,工(gong)程質量滿足(zu)使用需求。
2號線(xian)(xian)東部(bu)(bu)和北(bei)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)雙(shuang)線(xian)(xian)貫通(tong)意味著(zhu)嶗(lao)山區和李滄(cang)(cang)區可以盡快恢復地表(biao)路面,降低(di)對公用(yong)(yong)(yong)資源的(de)(de)占用(yong)(yong)(yong),緩解(jie)交通(tong)壓(ya)力。2號線(xian)(xian)作為連接(jie)青島(dao)(dao)市(shi)(shi)東、西、北(bei)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)主要(yao)干線(xian)(xian),對于提(ti)升(sheng)城市(shi)(shi)功能(neng),節約利用(yong)(yong)(yong)城市(shi)(shi)空間,緩解(jie)城市(shi)(shi)交通(tong)堵塞(sai),解(jie)決(jue)群(qun)眾(zhong)出行問題有著(zhu)重大意義。另一方面,同(tong)時(shi)將青島(dao)(dao)老城區、行政中心(xin)、商業中心(xin)、東北(bei)部(bu)(bu)發(fa)展地區、西南部(bu)(bu)發(fa)達地區串聯(lian)成(cheng)一條平(ping)衡穩步(bu)提(ti)升(sheng)的(de)(de)軌道交通(tong)渠(qu)道,對青島(dao)(dao)東北(bei)部(bu)(bu)發(fa)展地區的(de)(de)經濟提(ti)升(sheng)起著(zhu)動(dong)脈式作用(yong)(yong)(yong),帶動(dong)嶗(lao)山區和李滄(cang)(cang)區的(de)(de)經濟發(fa)展,助推(tui)青島(dao)(dao)市(shi)(shi)進(jin)入覆蓋化、全面化、立體化的(de)(de)高速發(fa)展階(jie)段。
