3號線土建03標王軍濤 從隧道尖兵到“地下先鋒”

——3號線中鐵隧道土建(jian)03標項目經理王軍(jun)濤

王(wang)(wang)軍(jun)濤(tao),今年剛滿37歲,畢業于(yu)山東(dong)科技大(da)學,高級工程(cheng)師,現任(ren)中鐵(tie)隧道集團二處(chu)有(you)限公(gong)司華東(dong)片區指(zhi)揮部副指(zhi)揮長,2012年調任(ren)青島地鐵(tie)一期工程(cheng)(3號線)土建03標項目(mu)經理。別看王(wang)(wang)軍(jun)濤(tao)年齡不大(da),但榮(rong)譽可真不少(shao)。自2000年7月(yue)畢業工作以(yi)(yi)來,13個(ge)年頭,王(wang)(wang)軍(jun)濤(tao)所(suo)參(can)建的(de)7個(ge)工程(cheng)項目(mu),獲得多項榮(rong)譽,有(you)國家級的(de)“魯(lu)班獎”、“詹天佑大(da)獎”,省部級“優質(zhi)工程(cheng)獎”等,他個(ge)人先后榮(rong)獲“火車(che)頭獎章”、中鐵(tie)隧道集團“金牌職工”,以(yi)(yi)及多次被(bei)評為(wei)企業“先進(jin)工作者(zhe)”稱號。


常年野戰,練就一身攻堅(jian)克難(nan)好(hao)身手(shou)

王軍(jun)濤(tao)自參加工作以來,先后參與(yu)了(le)高速公路、鐵路工程(cheng)建設,從一名(ming)普(pu)通的(de)實(shi)習(xi)生(sheng)逐漸轉(zhuan)變成了(le)一名(ming)合(he)格的(de),具(ju)有自己獨特(te)管(guan)理方(fang)法的(de)項目經理。2005年,時(shi)任項目總工的(de)他針對隧道仰拱開挖長(chang)度,結合(he)現場(chang)(chang)施(shi)工進度情況提(ti)出(chu)了(le)利用(yong)仰拱棧橋(qiao)解決掌子(zi)面棄渣外運和仰拱施(shi)工同時(shi)作業發生(sheng)干擾的(de)問題,并根據施(shi)工現場(chang)(chang)情況設計出(chu)了(le)仰拱棧橋(qiao)。仰拱棧橋(qiao)的(de)運用(yong)徹底解決了(le)工序(xu)干擾問題。

2007年,在主持太中銀鐵路興(xing)(xing)旺峁隧(sui)道工程項目的施(shi)工,興(xing)(xing)旺峁隧(sui)道穿越土石分界地(di)層,并(bing)有透(tou)鏡(jing)體狀富(fu)含水砂(sha)層分布。成洞(dong)條件(jian)差,施(shi)工難度極(ji)大。為(wei)順(shun)利渡過富(fu)含水砂(sha)層,由組(zu)織(zhi)成立(li)科研攻(gong)關小組(zu),針對(dui)沙(sha)層的施(shi)工進(jin)行了詳細的探討與論證(zheng),首先(xian)通過超前地(di)質(zhi)預報詳細摸清(qing)地(di)層情況(kuang)及地(di)下水情況(kuang),根據這(zhe)些(xie)情況(kuang)制定了詳細的施(shi)工方案,并(bing)對(dui)工區施(shi)工人員(yuan)進(jin)行詳細交底,認真組(zu)織(zhi)實(shi)施(shi),順(shun)利通過沙(sha)層地(di)段。

2008年擔任項目經理后,首戰(zhan)蘭渝鐵路(lu)LYS-3標木寨(zhai)嶺(ling)隧道出(chu)口工程,通過采用“先(xian)(xian)弱后強、先(xian)(xian)放后擋、分層施工”的施工安排,成功攻克了木寨(zhai)嶺(ling)隧道地質變(bian)形問(wen)題。

王軍濤各種施工環境(jing)中的不斷磨礪,使他成(cheng)了一(yi)名名副其(qi)實的“隧道尖兵”。


轉戰城市,地(di)鐵施工大刀闊斧(fu)不再是優點(dian)

2012年初,王(wang)(wang)軍濤(tao)調(diao)到(dao)青(qing)島地鐵一期(qi)工程(3號線(xian))土(tu)建03標項目(mu)任(ren)項目(mu)經理。常(chang)年的(de)野外作業,讓王(wang)(wang)軍濤(tao)習慣于大刀闊斧式的(de)攻堅(jian)式施工。可王(wang)(wang)軍濤(tao)任(ren)項目(mu)經理的(de)青(qing)島地鐵3號線(xian)03標,施工路段是繁忙的(de)都市(shi),又要穿越居民區與文保(bao)建筑、公共建筑,還要面對(dui)復雜的(de)管線(xian)調(diao)流(liu)。這(zhe)一切(qie)對(dui)王(wang)(wang)軍濤(tao)來說(shuo),與過去(qu)廣闊的(de)空間相比,現(xian)在(zai)真有施展不開拳腳(jiao)的(de)感覺。都有著完全(quan)不同的(de)施工方法與理念。

進(jin)(jin)入(ru)地鐵施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),地質(zhi)條(tiao)件復雜,安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)要求比野外更高(gao)也更瑣碎。為(wei)實現(xian)(xian)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)(cheng)零傷亡的目標(biao),王軍濤組(zu)織項目部安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)部門、工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)技術部門和辦(ban)公室(shi)針對項目施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)特點、難點編制安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)培(pei)訓(xun)資料,系統的對各(ge)崗(gang)位人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)培(pei)訓(xun)。三年來(lai),項目部組(zu)織各(ge)種(zhong)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)培(pei)訓(xun)763次(ci),培(pei)訓(xun)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)達(da)2579人(ren)次(ci),嚴(yan)格執行(xing)(xing)周一安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)學習制度和專項安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)質(zhi)量(liang)隱患排查制度,通過培(pei)訓(xun)和隱患排查提高(gao)了作業(ye)(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)質(zhi)量(liang)意識,確保工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)實體(ti)質(zhi)量(liang)受控(kong)(kong)達(da)標(biao)。同時(shi),在各(ge)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)(xian)場(chang)入(ru)口(kou)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝門禁系統,動(dong)態管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)進(jin)(jin)出現(xian)(xian)場(chang)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan),安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝程(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)應急電話(hua),可(ke)隨時(shi)掌握現(xian)(xian)場(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)情況,并(bing)在洞(dong)內各(ge)主要作業(ye)(ye)場(chang)所安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝視頻監控(kong)(kong)等對現(xian)(xian)場(chang)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li),加大了安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)設施(shi)(shi)投入(ru),為(wei)作業(ye)(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)創(chuang)造了一個安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)的施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)平臺。通過安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)培(pei)訓(xun)、提高(gao)認識和投入(ru)科技管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)等方式改變了施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)環(huan)境。


聯(lian)系(xi)群眾(zhong),事(shi)事(shi)把民生放首位(wei)

青島地鐵施工,最重要的就是爆破隊(dui)周邊環境的影響(xiang)。為(wei)此(ci),王軍濤拿出自己在野外施工練就的攻(gong)堅克(ke)難真功(gong)夫,針(zhen)對隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)下(xia)(xia)穿建(jian)筑(zhu)物施工,項目部(bu)成立了(le)以王軍濤為(wei)組(zu)長(chang)的”減振先(xian)鋒”QC小組(zu),申(shen)報了(le)”減小地鐵隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)下(xia)(xia)穿建(jian)筑(zhu)物爆破施工振速(su)”課題(ti)。隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)在下(xia)(xia)穿青島商(shang)業總公司、濟(ji)軍一療口腔科、湛山(shan)路3號民(min)房(fang)、如家快捷酒店等多(duo)棟(dong)房(fang)屋(wu),得到了(le)成功(gong)運(yun)用。經對課題(ti)成果進行總結,“減振先(xian)鋒”QC小組(zu)榮獲了(le)“二(er)(er)○一三年度全(quan)國工程(cheng)建(jian)設優(you)秀質(zhi)量管理(li)小組(zu)二(er)(er)等獎”榮譽。

密切聯(lian)系(xi)群(qun)(qun)眾,真正深入群(qun)(qun)眾內(nei)心(xin),這是王軍(jun)濤在地(di)鐵(tie)施(shi)工中學(xue)會的的“新功夫”。通(tong)(tong)過對(dui)項目(mu)部周邊環境的了(le)解(jie)、調查。王軍(jun)濤親自在隧道下穿建(jian)(jian)筑物的范(fan)圍(wei)中建(jian)(jian)立了(le)項目(mu)聯(lian)系(xi)點(dian),通(tong)(tong)過聯(lian)系(xi)點(dian)收集群(qun)(qun)眾對(dui)青島地(di)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)設意見,對(dui)項目(mu)部要求等(deng)。在項目(mu)領導班(ban)子中開展(zhan)結(jie)對(dui)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)扶,通(tong)(tong)過結(jie)對(dui)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)扶擴大了(le)聯(lian)系(xi)范(fan)圍(wei),并與社區建(jian)(jian)立了(le)互(hu)動(dong),在社區的幫(bang)(bang)(bang)助(zhu)和(he)支持下,重點(dian)解(jie)決項目(mu)施(shi)工涉(she)及到的民生、環境和(he)污(wu)染等(deng)13個(ge)問題,使得項目(mu)各項工作得到順(shun)利開展(zhan)。

除了對外“公關(guan)”搞得好(hao),內(nei)部團(tuan)結,王軍(jun)濤一樣很上心(xin)。在項目(mu)(mu)內(nei)部將“三(san)工(gong)建(jian)設”、“富(fu)二代国(guo)产app建(jian)設”納入項目(mu)(mu)規(gui)劃中(zhong),讓員工(gong)吃好(hao)、住(zhu)好(hao)、工(gong)作好(hao)。每逢節假日,開展(zhan)喜(xi)聞(wen)樂見(jian)的娛樂活動豐(feng)富(fu)員工(gong)的業余生活,暑(shu)期開展(zhan)發(fa)放礦泉(quan)水(shui)、風油(you)精、霍香正氣(qi)膠(jiao)囊等“送(song)清涼”活動。開辦了項目(mu)(mu)圖書(shu)閱覽室、活動室,不(bu)斷豐(feng)富(fu)員工(gong)生活,使項目(mu)(mu)凝聚力得到進一步增強,各項工(gong)作不(bu)斷邁上新臺階。
