2月11日,農歷除夕。正(zheng)值萬家(jia)歡(huan)度春節之際,伴(ban)隨著(zhu)“轟隆隆”的(de)(de)巨響,百米長(chang)的(de)(de)城市“穿山(shan)甲”硬巖(yan)(yan)掘進機簡(jian)稱TBM破(po)巖(yan)(yan)而出,青(qing)島地(di)鐵1號(hao)線海泊(bo)橋站(zhan)至青(qing)島火車站(zhan)“五區間(jian)”全(quan)(quan)部(bu)勝利貫(guan)通(tong),青(qing)島地(di)鐵1號(hao)線實(shi)現全(quan)(quan)線洞(dong)通(tong)。

青島(dao)地鐵(tie)1號線全(quan)長約60千(qian)米(mi),設41個車站(zhan),全(quan)部為(wei)地下(xia)站(zhan),區間地質軟(ruan)硬結(jie)合,風(feng)險高(gao)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝復雜,北段(duan)21.9千(qian)米(mi)的線路已于2020年(nian)底通(tong)車。今(jin)年(nian)以(yi)來,一號線公(gong)司加緊對(dui)1號線南段(duan)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)進度。其中,施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)環境(jing)復雜、施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)難(nan)度最大的就是(shi)海泊橋(qiao)站(zhan)—青島(dao)火車站(zhan)這五個區間。該區段(duan)自開工(gong)(gong)伊(yi)始面臨(lin)三(san)方(fang)面主要困難(nan):一是(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)線路最長,區段(duan)全(quan)長5.83千(qian)米(mi),是(shi)目前國(guo)內城市地鐵(tie)單臺TBM施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)最長的區段(duan);二是(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)場地狹小(xiao),海泊橋(qiao)站(zhan)供4臺TBM同時始發;三(san)是(shi)工(gong)(gong)況最復雜,下(xia)/側穿老舊房(fang)屋(wu)105處(chu)、穿越不良地質段(duan)46處(chu),線路曲線段(duan)25處(chu),最小(xiao)轉彎半徑350米(mi),過站(zhan)10次(ci)、始發接收20次(ci)。

在工程建設過(guo)程中,地(di)鐵集團超前(qian)(qian)謀劃,精心組織,大膽創(chuang)新,結合現場實際通(tong)過(guo)采用國內(nei)(nei)首創(chuang)的(de)“連(lian)續皮帶(dai)機(ji)+垂直(zhi)儲帶(dai)倉+垂直(zhi)皮帶(dai)機(ji)+水(shui)平布料機(ji)”綜合快速出渣系統,成(cheng)功(gong)解決了施(shi)工線(xian)路(lu)長和施(shi)工場地(di)狹小(xiao)的(de)難題;通(tong)過(guo)合理控制掘進(jin)(jin)參數(shu)、加強地(di)表注漿(jiang)超前(qian)(qian)預加固、洞內(nei)(nei)外(wai)聯動(dong)監測等手(shou)段成(cheng)功(gong)克(ke)服復雜的(de)工況;創(chuang)造(zao)了最(zui)高日進(jin)(jin)尺28米(mi),最(zui)高月(yue)進(jin)(jin)尺473米(mi)的(de)驕人業績。歷經了五百多個夜以繼(ji)日地(di)艱(jian)苦鏖(ao)戰,該區(qu)段于如期順利(li)貫(guan)通(tong),至此地(di)鐵1號線(xian)正線(xian)區(qu)間全(quan)部(bu)貫(guan)通(tong)。這(zhe)是繼(ji)北(bei)段開(kai)通(tong)試運營后又一里(li)程碑節點,為全(quan)線(xian)通(tong)車打下了堅實的(de)基礎。

在(zai)工(gong)程(cheng)建設(she)過(guo)程(cheng)中,一(yi)號線(xian)公司(si)始終堅持以(yi)人為本、科技先(xian)導、精(jing)細管理(li)、爭創一(yi)流(liu)的(de)管理(li)理(li)念,在(zai)做(zuo)好安全管控(kong)的(de)同時,靠前指揮,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)勞動競賽(sai)促(cu)生產,在(zai)實(shi)現(xian)北(bei)段通(tong)(tong)車的(de)前提下同步(bu)推進南段工(gong)程(cheng)建設(she),區間貫通(tong)(tong)后一(yi)號線(xian)公司(si)將組織參(can)加單位快速(su)轉入后續專業施工(gong),爭取早日(ri)實(shi)現(xian)東西兩岸(an)島城人民乘(cheng)坐(zuo)地鐵通(tong)(tong)行。

今年(nian)是我市“項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)落地(di)(di)年(nian)”,在(zai)建地(di)(di)鐵項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)將全(quan)(quan)面提(ti)(ti)(ti)速。據一(yi)號(hao)(hao)線(xian)公(gong)司業主(zhu)代表申華偉介(jie)紹,1號(hao)(hao)線(xian)南段的(de)加快(kuai)建設(she)(she)(she)與(yu)春(chun)節(jie)(jie)、疫情相遇,為避免受到疫情的(de)重(zhong)大影響,一(yi)號(hao)(hao)線(xian)公(gong)司提(ti)(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)部署各項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。春(chun)節(jie)(jie)前(qian)(qian)(qian)組織人員(yuan)大干(gan)30天(tian),提(ti)(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)防(fang)范春(chun)節(jie)(jie)、疫情等(deng)可能延(yan)緩的(de)工(gong)期。為做好(hao)(hao)疫情防(fang)控工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),1號(hao)(hao)線(xian)全(quan)(quan)線(xian)推廣疫情防(fang)控專(zhuan)用通(tong)道,有的(de)通(tong)道內設(she)(she)(she)置了電子化(hua)測溫(wen)設(she)(she)(she)備,人員(yuan)通(tong)過自(zi)動讀取體溫(wen)并記錄;同(tong)時組織各參建單位持續做好(hao)(hao)生活(huo)區、工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)場(chang)地(di)(di)內的(de)消毒、消殺工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),持續做好(hao)(hao)佩戴(dai)口罩(zhao)、錯峰就(jiu)餐、分桌分盒就(jiu)餐等(deng)疫情防(fang)控工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。保(bao)障(zhang)安全(quan)(quan)質量是重(zhong)中之(zhi)重(zhong),一(yi)號(hao)(hao)線(xian)公(gong)司制定《決(jue)戰攻堅階(jie)段十條紅線(xian)》,要求各參建單位抓好(hao)(hao)責任(ren)落實,堅決(jue)杜絕各類觸碰紅線(xian)情況發(fa)生。春(chun)節(jie)(jie)期間1號(hao)(hao)線(xian)全(quan)(quan)線(xian)有約800位管(guan)理人員(yuan)和約2500位一(yi)線(xian)作(zuo)(zuo)業人員(yuan)留青(qing)過年(nian)。另外1號(hao)(hao)線(xian)提(ti)(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)進行了各項(xiang)物資(zi)儲備,與(yu)供(gong)(gong)貨(huo)商預約供(gong)(gong)貨(huo),甚(shen)至有的(de)物資(zi)提(ti)(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)采購儲存(cun);提(ti)(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)協調設(she)(she)(she)備供(gong)(gong)貨(huo),提(ti)(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)安排業代分別赴(fu)各地(di)(di)廠家督促提(ti)(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)供(gong)(gong)貨(huo)并驗貨(huo),確保(bao)及時高質量到貨(huo)。

中鐵(tie)(tie)十(shi)八局項目(mu)經理(li)介紹,在地鐵(tie)(tie)集團和一(yi)號線(xian)公(gong)司的組織下(xia),中鐵(tie)(tie)十(shi)八局及1號線(xian)全線(xian)各參(can)建單(dan)位(wei)積極(ji)響(xiang)應國家號召(zhao)“非必(bi)要不離青(qing)”,鼓勵各工(gong)區采(cai)取一(yi)切(qie)激勵措施(shi)保障(zhang)(zhang)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)留(liu)青(qing),春節期(qi)間我們項目(mu)部留(liu)守管(guan)理(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)約(yue)75人(ren)(ren),一(yi)線(xian)作(zuo)業人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)約(yue)386人(ren)(ren)。為保障(zhang)(zhang)工(gong)人(ren)(ren)在青(qing)過年(nian)(nian)(nian)更加舒心,各施(shi)工(gong)單(dan)位(wei)在宿舍都(dou)為工(gong)人(ren)(ren)們配(pei)備了(le)空(kong)調(diao)和24小(xiao)時(shi)熱水洗(xi)浴,配(pei)發(fa)了(le)防寒(han)的軍大(da)衣,同時(shi)項目(mu)部將(jiang)嚴格(ge)按照國家規定,調(diao)整春節期(qi)間勞務報酬,在除(chu)夕和大(da)年(nian)(nian)(nian)初一(yi)兩天給(gei)工(gong)友發(fa)放新年(nian)(nian)(nian)紅包,并統(tong)一(yi)配(pei)備年(nian)(nian)(nian)夜飯(fan)送到(dao)各個(ge)班(ban)組,讓(rang)工(gong)友在青(qing)過年(nian)(nian)(nian)也能有家的感(gan)覺。

隨(sui)著1號(hao)線南段洞通目標的實現,后續一號(hao)線將全(quan)力開展(zhan)鋪軌(gui)、機電安裝工作。青(qing)島(dao)地(di)鐵(tie)1號(hao)線開通運營后,市(shi)民乘坐(zuo)地(di)鐵(tie)通過膠州灣僅需6分鐘,將為青(qing)島(dao)東(dong)西兩岸(an)市(shi)民出(chu)行帶來便利,有力助推西海岸(an)新區(qu)發展(zhan)騰飛和青(qing)島(dao)同城化(hua)進(jin)程(cheng),進(jin)一步提升青(qing)島(dao)國際化(hua)都(dou)市(shi)生活品(pin)質(zhi)。青(qing)島(dao)地(di)鐵(tie)1號(hao)線的建(jian)(jian)(jian)設將為青(qing)島(dao)市(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設國家中心城市(shi)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)設美麗青(qing)島(dao)和宜居(ju)幸福創新型國際城市(shi)發揮重(zhong)要作用(yong)。
