青島地鐵4號線、2號線西延段施工取得新進展

歲末年初,寒流的到來沒有阻擋地鐵建設者的奮戰熱情,建設者們不畏嚴寒,堅守一線,地鐵4號線、2號線西延段施工均取得新進展,為新一年工作開展打下堅實基礎。

4號(hao)線(xian)出入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)大(da)斷面小(xiao)里(li)程(cheng)端(duan)順利貫通。12月28日,由中國(guo)鐵建土建12工(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)(qu)項目部承建的青島(dao)地鐵4號(hao)線(xian)出入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)大(da)斷面小(xiao)里(li)程(cheng)端(duan)順利貫通,為隧(sui)道(dao)二次襯(chen)砌“大(da)干”贏(ying)得開門紅。出入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)單洞四線(xian)隧(sui)道(dao)小(xiao)里(li)程(cheng)段(duan)長91.8米,隧(sui)道(dao)寬度(du)25.91米,斷面截面積249.56米,出入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)小(xiao)里(li)程(cheng)段(duan)為軟弱圍巖大(da)跨度(du)隧(sui)道(dao),地質(zhi)(zhi)結構復雜、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難度(du)大(da),安(an)全(quan)風險高。為解決結構斷面多,結構跨度(du)大(da),力學特征(zheng)復雜等難題,項目部對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方案和(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝進行了數次優化,嚴格(ge)遵(zun)循“管超前、嚴注漿、短(duan)進尺、早(zao)封(feng)閉、勤測量、緊襯(chen)砌”的原則,加(jia)強監控(kong)量測,認真做好(hao)超前地質(zhi)(zhi)預報工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,及時調整開挖工(gong)(gong)(gong)法及支護(hu)參數,初支應在設(she)計基礎上視圍巖情(qing)況進行加(jia)強支護(hu),并(bing)控(kong)制(zhi)好(hao)安(an)全(quan)距(ju)離,以保(bao)證隧(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)量和(he)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)全(quan)。

4號線(xian)沂(yi)(yi)江(jiang)區(qu)間(jian)(jian)2#TBM順利始(shi)(shi)發。12月25日,沂(yi)(yi)江(jiang)區(qu)間(jian)(jian)(沂(yi)(yi)水路(lu)站-江(jiang)蘇(su)路(lu)站)2#TBM順利始(shi)(shi)發。此(ci)次(ci)始(shi)(shi)發的(de)沂(yi)(yi)江(jiang)區(qu)間(jian)(jian)是(shi)03工(gong)區(qu)TBM負責(ze)的(de)第五個區(qu)間(jian)(jian),該區(qu)間(jian)(jian)全長570米,共穿越(yue)5條斷層破(po)碎帶,為(wei)下坡施工(gong)。為(wei)確保(bao)施工(gong)節點進度(du),中鐵十八局(ju)項目部(bu)精心組織,工(gong)序銜(xian)接推演,克(ke)服了(le)溫度(du)低,過站導臺強度(du)提(ti)升(sheng)慢等困難,順利空推TBM至掌子面,為(wei)向(xiang)沂(yi)(yi)江(jiang)區(qu)間(jian)(jian)(沂(yi)(yi)水路(lu)站-江(jiang)蘇(su)路(lu)站)順利始(shi)(shi)發掘進提(ti)供(gong)了(le)有力的(de)前提(ti)保(bao)障(zhang)。

4號線勁(jing)松(song)(song)三路(lu)站(zhan)完成地(di)下三層結(jie)構(gou)土(tu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)。12月28日,勁(jing)松(song)(song)三路(lu)站(zhan)地(di)下三層結(jie)構(gou)完成全(quan)部土(tu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)作業,進(jin)入主(zhu)體結(jie)構(gou)施工。勁(jing)松(song)(song)三路(lu)站(zhan)為明(ming)挖(wa)(wa)車(che)站(zhan),車(che)站(zhan)全(quan)長217m,位于市區(qu)(qu)主(zhu)干道遼陽西路(lu)與勁(jing)松(song)(song)三路(lu)交叉口,基坑深度32m,土(tu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)量共計約6萬方(fang)(fang)(fang)。該(gai)(gai)位置兼做4號線區(qu)(qu)間掘進(jin)機(ji)吊(diao)出口,工期緊、體量大(da)、任務重,同時(shi)該(gai)(gai)處臨近周(zhou)邊房屋(wu),為最大(da)限度降(jiang)低施工影響,全(quan)部土(tu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)依靠機(ji)械法進(jin)行。先后(hou)首次引進(jin)大(da)型破碎錘挖(wa)(wa)機(ji)2臺,伸縮臂挖(wa)(wa)機(ji)1臺,提(ti)高了(le)土(tu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)和硬巖破碎的效(xiao)率,在(zai)微風化(hua)硬巖破碎和開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)上實現(xian)日均最大(da)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)量600余方(fang)(fang)(fang)。后(hou)續該(gai)(gai)站(zhan)將繼續開(kai)展緊鑼密鼓的結(jie)構(gou)施工,為按期提(ti)供區(qu)(qu)間掘進(jin)機(ji)到達和吊(diao)出提(ti)供條件。

2號線(xian)西延段TBM始發(fa)井(jing)擋墻(qiang)、冠梁澆(jiao)筑完成(cheng)。12月27日, 2號線(xian)西延段TBM始發(fa)井(jing)擋墻(qiang)、冠梁(設計長(chang)度(du)118m)順利澆(jiao)筑完成(cheng),標(biao)志著開挖準備(bei)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)已完成(cheng)關鍵性任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)務,即(ji)將(jiang)進(jin)行下一(yi)道基(ji)坑開挖工(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)。TBM始發(fa)井(jing)位于區間線(xian)路正上(shang)方,線(xian)路為(wei)直線(xian)段。豎井(jing)平面圖形為(wei)矩(ju)形,豎向深(shen)度(du)32.66m,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)期(qi)緊、任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)務重。冠梁澆(jiao)筑完成(cheng)為(wei)后續混凝土(tu)支撐安(an)裝(zhuang)和(he)(he)基(ji)坑開挖施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)提供了開工(gong)(gong)條件。為(wei)保證冠梁施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)順利完成(cheng),項目(mu)部(bu)(bu)進(jin)行了周(zhou)密的(de)部(bu)(bu)署(shu),生產和(he)(he)防(fang)(fang)(fang)疫(yi)兩(liang)手抓、兩(liang)頭重,確保施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)全有序(xu)(xu)。項目(mu)部(bu)(bu)在工(gong)(gong)人進(jin)場(chang)后,積極準備(bei)防(fang)(fang)(fang)疫(yi)口罩、酒精(jing)、消毒(du)液、測(ce)溫槍、防(fang)(fang)(fang)護(hu)服、護(hu)目(mu)鏡等防(fang)(fang)(fang)疫(yi)物資,及時(shi)(shi)對(dui)居住和(he)(he)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)環境(jing)消殺,建(jian)立健全門禁體系和(he)(he)登記制度(du),為(wei)所有作(zuo)業(ye)人員提供衛生安(an)全的(de)作(zuo)業(ye)環境(jing);對(dui)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)生產現場(chang)從技術(shu)交(jiao)底(di)、材料供應(ying)、現場(chang)文明(ming)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)等各方面都進(jin)行了全面部(bu)(bu)署(shu);同時(shi)(shi)進(jin)一(yi)步強化現場(chang)技術(shu)管理,將(jiang)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)目(mu)標(biao)和(he)(he)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)務進(jin)行分解,責任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)到人,安(an)全交(jiao)底(di)做實做好,確保每道工(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)有序(xu)(xu)銜接。

目前,4號線(xian)(xian)全線(xian)(xian)25座車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)中(zhong),已累計封頂12座車(che)站(zhan)(zhan),線(xian)(xian)路建(jian)設正平穩快速(su)推進。2號線(xian)(xian)西(xi)延段輪渡站(zhan)(zhan)、小港站(zhan)(zhan)、國際郵輪港站(zhan)(zhan)3座車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)程有序推進。
