“鐵龍五號”盾構(gou)機順利始發
中鐵二十(shi)局青(qing)島地鐵4號線11工區“鐵龍五號”盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)機在沙(sha)子口站順(shun)利(li)始發(fa)(fa),標志著該項目正式進(jin)(jin)入盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)(jin)施(shi)工階段。為(wei)(wei)確(que)保盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)的順(shun)利(li)始發(fa)(fa),項目部制定安(an)全高效的盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)始發(fa)(fa)保障(zhang)計(ji)劃,積極做(zuo)好盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)機吊裝、始發(fa)(fa)、掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)(jin)等各(ge)項專項方案(an)的編制論證(zheng)。同時嚴(yan)格把控,完善各(ge)項準備工作,明確(que)分(fen)工,責(ze)任到人,對各(ge)風險(xian)點邀請專家(jia)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了周密分(fen)析和(he)充分(fen)論證(zheng),制定專項施(shi)工方案(an)和(he)應急(ji)預(yu)案(an),配置充足(zu)的應急(ji)搶險(xian)設(she)備、材(cai)料,同時加強施(shi)工中地面監測、嚴(yan)密控制盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)推進(jin)(jin)參數等措施(shi),為(wei)(wei)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)機順(shun)利(li)始發(fa)(fa)掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)(jin)提供了有力的技(ji)術(shu)保障(zhang)和(he)技(ji)術(shu)支持。
勁(jing)松三路站TBM吊出(chu)井北(bei)區開挖(wa)完成
中鐵十(shi)七局青(qing)島地鐵4號線(xian)06工區(qu)項目部勁(jing)松三(san)路站近日完成西端TBM吊出井(兼做7號線(xian)預留(liu)站臺(tai)層)土方(fang)開挖,具備結(jie)構(gou)施工條件。
勁松(song)三路(lu)站(zhan)位于(yu)遼陽西路(lu)與勁松(song)三路(lu)交叉口,沿遼陽西路(lu)東(dong)西向敷設,4號線段為(wei)(wei)地(di)下(xia)兩層(ceng)結(jie)(jie)構,西段頭兼(jian)做4號線TBM吊(diao)(diao)出井和(he)遠期7號線預留(liu)站(zhan)臺(tai),為(wei)(wei)地(di)下(xia)三層(ceng)結(jie)(jie)構。該處地(di)質硬、基坑深度(du)大(da),為(wei)(wei)減少施工對周邊環境影(ying)響(xiang),采用(yong)機(ji)械法(fa)進行開挖(wa),先后(hou)首次引(yin)進兩臺(tai)E6500F、一臺(tai)E7500F大(da)型(xing)破碎錘挖(wa)機(ji)和(he)一臺(tai)伸(shen)縮臂(bei)垂直提升設備進行土(tu)方開挖(wa),日(ri)開挖(wa)量600余方。經過(guo)精心組織,積極推進,目前北區(qu)已完成(cheng)(cheng)開挖(wa),南區(qu)剩余2m,預計12月上旬全部完成(cheng)(cheng)土(tu)方作業任務(wu),為(wei)(wei)20201年TBM吊(diao)(diao)出和(he)結(jie)(jie)構封頂提供條件。
鞍山路站F出入口順利(li)貫通
中鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十九局青島地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)4號(hao)線05工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區項目(mu)部鞍山路站F出入(ru)口順利貫(guan)通(tong)。鞍山路站F出入(ru)口為青島地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)4號(hao)線工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)鞍山路站附屬出入(ru)口,周邊環(huan)境(jing)復雜、人口密(mi)度較大、車流量(liang)大。為保證(zheng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質量(liang)與(yu)安全(quan),減少(shao)爆(bao)破施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)對周邊建筑的影響,青島地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)四號(hao)線公司與(yu)中鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十九局深入(ru)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)場(chang)(chang),研討施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)(fang)案(an),面對環(huan)境(jing)復雜、地質條(tiao)件(jian)差、風險高(gao)等諸多困難,成立重大風險源管(guan)控領導(dao)小(xiao)組(zu),認真籌劃,精心(xin)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),并對風險地質段施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)(fang)案(an)進(jin)行專家評審,班子成員(yuan)(yuan)緊靠一線,管(guan)理人員(yuan)(yuan)24小(xiao)時(shi)盯控現(xian)場(chang)(chang)指導(dao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),現(xian)場(chang)(chang)嚴格控制爆(bao)破參數,以安全(quan)、質量(liang)、文明施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)標準(zhun)化(hua)指導(dao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),為F出入(ru)口順利貫(guan)通(tong)提供了堅實(shi)保障。
地鐵4號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)是貫穿市(shi)區中部(bu)的(de)(de)東西向(xiang)骨干線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu),全(quan)(quan)長30.7公里,連接市(shi)南區、市(shi)北(bei)區、嶗(lao)山(shan)區,可與已開通運營的(de)(de)2、3、11號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)以及在(zai)建的(de)(de)1、8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)換(huan)乘,覆蓋眾(zhong)多(duo)人口(kou)密集區和客流(liu)集散點,是青(qing)島地鐵線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)成(cheng)網的(de)(de)重(zhong)要一環。青(qing)島地鐵4號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)主(zhu)體工程施工正(zheng)在(zai)全(quan)(quan)速推進,目前(qian)全(quan)(quan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)共54個工點已全(quan)(quan)部(bu)進場(chang)施工,土建施工完成(cheng)63%。
