
11月(yue)4日,地鐵1號線(xian)順利完成勝(sheng)利橋車站左線(xian)試鋪(pu)段(duan)(duan)100m道床混(hun)凝土澆筑作業,標(biao)志著(zhu)青島站至青島北(bei)站區段(duan)(duan)軌道施工(gong)正式拉開帷幕。1號線(xian)青島站至青島北(bei)站區段(duan)(duan)線(xian)路總長14.91km,鋪(pu)軌總長30.291km,共設置11站12區間(jian)。為加快施工(gong),設置4處機械鋪(pu)軌基(ji)地和1處人工(gong)鋪(pu)軌基(ji)地,分(fen)別在西青區間(jian)、江蘇路站、海泊橋站、勝(sheng)利橋站和安青區間(jian)。

青島站(zhan)至青島北(bei)站(zhan)位于青島市(shi)中心(xin)城區(qu)繁(fan)華地段(duan),人口密集,軌道(dao)(dao)(dao)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)基(ji)(ji)地場(chang)地有限、材料運輸(shu)困難。為解決現(xian)(xian)場(chang)面臨難題,一號線(xian)公(gong)司多措并舉,有序推進現(xian)(xian)場(chang)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)。一是(shi)高位協調土(tu)建(jian)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)單位積極提供作(zuo)業面,區(qu)間施工(gong)(gong)(gong)以軌道(dao)(dao)(dao)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)為主線(xian),倒排土(tu)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期確定(ding)土(tu)建(jian)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)關(guan)鍵路線(xian),為后續軌道(dao)(dao)(dao)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)創造(zao)良好(hao)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面;二(er)是(shi)組織軌道(dao)(dao)(dao)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)單位詳細研究施工(gong)(gong)(gong)組織方案,結合土(tu)建(jian)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)情(qing)況,合理安排軌道(dao)(dao)(dao)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)計劃,采用“多點施工(gong)(gong)(gong)、同步推進”的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)戰(zhan)略;三是(shi)合理利用土(tu)建(jian)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)豎井等現(xian)(xian)場(chang)下料口,通過機械鋪軌基(ji)(ji)地和人工(gong)(gong)(gong)鋪軌基(ji)(ji)地結合的(de)方式,優(you)化鋪軌方案,保障工(gong)(gong)(gong)期目標。
