
170米的(de)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)(jian),穿暗渠(qu)、鉆破碎帶、越諸多管線……端(duan)午前夕,地鐵(tie)4號線勁(jing)松三(san)路(lu)站至勁(jing)松四路(lu)站區(qu)(qu)間(jian)(jian)左線勁(jing)松四路(lu)站方(fang)向單洞貫(guan)通,4號線又通過一重大風險源。
勁(jing)松三路(lu)站至(zhi)勁(jing)松四路(lu)站區(qu)間(jian)地處強風(feng)化(hua)巖,區(qu)間(jian)拱(gong)頂含富水砂層,地質(zhi)條(tiao)件極(ji)差,不盡穿越暗渠和(he)地質(zhi)破碎帶,還(huan)有(you)(you)諸多重(zhong)要管(guan)線,為I級(ji)風(feng)險(xian)源,施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)風(feng)險(xian)極(ji)大。為確保該區(qu)間(jian)開挖過程(cheng)中的平(ping)穩(wen)(wen)和(he)安(an)全,四號線公司組織設(she)(she)計單位對施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)風(feng)險(xian)和(he)環(huan)境風(feng)險(xian)進行(xing)了再(zai)梳理(li)、再(zai)論(lun)證,對設(she)(she)計措施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案(an)進行(xing)了再(zai)研究、再(zai)優化(hua)。在(zai)地質(zhi)薄弱(ruo)段和(he)較(jiao)大風(feng)險(xian)段,增加地表注漿(jiang)、洞(dong)內全斷面帷幕注漿(jiang)和(he)中管(guan)棚,通(tong)過強有(you)(you)力措施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),從設(she)(she)計手段上進行(xing)了全面武(wu)裝。同時,在(zai)對現(xian)場(chang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)管(guan)控(kong)上,采取領導包保、重(zhong)點監管(guan)的方(fang)針(zhen),嚴格控(kong)制現(xian)場(chang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量,使各項設(she)(she)計措施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)得(de)到有(you)(you)效落實(shi),將(jiang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)風(feng)險(xian)降至(zhi)最低。施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中嚴控(kong)循環(huan)進尺和(he)爆破震速,穩(wen)(wen)扎(zha)穩(wen)(wen)打,最終(zhong)安(an)全平(ping)穩(wen)(wen)穿越各個風(feng)險(xian),實(shi)現(xian)順利貫通(tong),為下一步結(jie)構施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進場(chang)和(he)其他洞(dong)室(shi)貫通(tong)創造了有(you)(you)力條(tiao)件。
